Understanding Mindfulness: Link to the Universe

Mindfulness is the secret of life. Living mindfully is a life filled with peace, tranquility, happiness, joy, happiness, and compassion. Mindfulness is our direct connection to the universe. This is the solution that humans have been looking for since the beginning of the modern era.

The simple process of mindfulness has developed over thousands of years. However, most people lose sight of this view of life and instead seek more complex and intellectual philosophies or techniques.

There are many people and texts available that also complicate mindfulness. It seems that our ego is designed to confuse even the simplest solution. Mindfulness means being straight, but it is a profound way of life. This today-focused solution allows us to live an authentic life.

So what exactly is mindfulness, and how do you apply it in your life? Mindfulness is about momentary awareness. Mindfulness implies direct participation in each moment because it is done with a complete understanding of your current experience.

The moment we live in is pure and irrelevant. Mindfulness is a living meditation that you can practice every second of your precious life. You do not need to run away to a deserted place because you can engage in mindfulness anywhere and at any time, no matter what is happening around you.

In their excellent book Simple Meditation and Relaxation, Levey and Levey say that mindfulness frees us from memories of the past and ideas of the future by clearly considering the realities of the present moment.

In an ancient Buddhist commentary, it is stated that mindfulness is the presence of the mind, paying attention to the present. Stephen Levine, the author of "A Gradual Awakening," says that mindfulness is a moment-to-moment awareness of what arises, of what exists.

Author Sylvia Boorstein says mindfulness is gaining a conscious and balanced acceptance of present experience. It is not complicated. It opens up the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, without attaching to it or rejecting it.

All of these definitions have in common is that mindfulness is about being in the present moment fully. You are aware of what is happening in and around you in every moment of your existence. We practice awareness without judgment, accepting our thoughts and feelings as they are.

As you may have noticed, mindfulness is an easy and powerful way to live our lives. To be simple, right now: recreate your whole being in the present moment and experience your entire life.

It is effortless. You do not need to analyze it, intellectualize it, or complicate it to be aware. Of course, our ego wants us to deviate in some way but does not allow it. Acknowledge the presence of your ego, say hello, and then calmly dismiss it. What is stated here is the simple and pure essence of mindfulness meditation.

Still, suppose you are interested in learning the process in-depth and under the guidance of an expert. In that case, you should enroll yourself in a mindfulness teacher training program, where you will learn everything there is to know about this ancient process and also be certified to help others discover this wonderful lifestyle and get on with their lives in the most natural of ways.
