This is an anti-piracy service that can find unauthorized shared links to paid products, send DMCA notifications, and remove the common link from Google.
The website or the company that receives the notification cannot remove the specific material because such use is illegal in the legal sense and leads to copyright infringement.
The ISP cannot remove the copyrighted content, even if you have avoided doing so at least a few days prior to notification and even longer.
In return, the DMCA requires Safe Harbor sites to implement notification and removal procedures that allow copyright holders to report infringements and have infringing content removed. Certain information on a website must contain information about the copyright holder's ability to send a copyright notice to the website to remove infringing material. Some websites that host user-generated content use this to avoid being targeted and to protect themselves from liability for copyright infringement committed by users.
